The printing is done in a kind of "heat seal printing". The name of the technique we use is sublimation technique. With "heat transfer", also known as digital transfer, your own logo or design is printed on transfer paper and then the ink is thermally transferred from the paper to the whiteboard using heat and pressure. The end result/print is "enclosed" in the steel surface after cooling. You can then simply write over it and erase it!
