Please make sure the 'Guest Hotspot' is switched on in the settings menu of the AirServer Connect. Some devices cannot see a 5G network, or cannot detect the higher 5G channels. You can either limit the upper 5G channels in the settings, or choose one of the lower channels (1, 6 or 11) manually in the settings-menu.
